My settler happiness is bugged out

Whenever I start a game, I get to a settlement, it will usually be at 20% or so, depends on the settlement. But the problem im having is game breaking almost. Basically, I started sunset tidings coop settlement, its happiness was at 50% from the beginning and ive made an entire base, given them loads and loads of food and water and beds and stores, yet its still at 50% and says its increasng but its lying to me, its frozen or something, same goes for every other settlement, some will start at 0% and then stay there and then eventually i lose the settlement because its not increasing. Im really not sure what to do. ive checked my mods, nothing is conflicting other than things that have literally nothing to do with it. ive cleaned fallout 4 and all its dlc's I just dont know what else to do and I dont wanna uninstall my mods lol

Build everything in the game menu that has a smiley face on it. My settlements rarely go below 80% and are usually about 92%.

I can help you with this but I need WAY more information.

1. Do you know how the happiness system works? As in what it takes to get a basic 80% happiness.

2. Are you using Workshop Plus mod? If so you need to update it.

That 0% is a bug with the mod and was allegedly fixed today wiht an update.

reallyt then, I didnt know that. Just installed the update, and its fixed.. lol wow. didnt think it was something so simple lol
