Well in Fallout 4 we have:

Nuka Cola - IE Coke
Nuka Cherry - which is obviously Cherry Coke
Nuka Cola Quantum - which is apparently a mix of "18 fruit flavors" (with radioactive Strontium mixed in for the glow), so it might likely be a Dr. Pepper like product which is famously made of "23 flavors".

Nuka World DLC we find:

Nuka Cola Quartz - which apparently is a clear Sprite type beverage.
Nuka Cola Wild - which was created to compete with Sunset Sarsaparilla so is likely a Root Beer type beverage.
Nuka Orange - a Orange Fanta type beverage
Nuke Grape - a Grape Fanta type beverage
Nuka Cola Dark - a Nuka Cola / Rum mix for adults (apparently a pre-mixed Rum and Coke)
Nuka Cola Victory - not really sure about this one other than it apparently had colorful label with a "mix of patriotic colors" "glowed yellow/orange" and "popular out west". Mello Yellow would be my guess....


Those appear to be the "base" Nuka Cola's we know about so far, though their were apparently popular combinations of these made with the Nuka-Mixer machine such as Nuka-Cide, Newka-Cola, Nuka-Berry, Nuka-Bombdrop, Nuka-Buzz, Nuka-Cooler, Nuka-Fancy, Nuka-Free, Nuka-Fruiti, Nuka- Hearty, Nuka-Lixer, Nuka-Love, Nuka-Power, Nuka-Punch, Nuka-Ray, Nuka-Rush, Nuka-Sunshine, Nuka-Twin, Nuka-Void and Nuka-Xtreme. I'm not sure if there are real world equivalents of these, other than what you might get if you mixed the real world analogs in the various recipes.

That's not how it works. Nuka-Cola is not a direct parody of Coca Cola. It's just a cola brand marked by the "Nuka" label, because everything has to be Nukular something. Vim is a take on Moxie however. But Moxie does NOT have a fish flavored soda. Ugh.

There is nothing that compares to 7-Up or RC or Dr Pepper or Nehi or Fanta or Crush or Shasta or Pepsi or whatever. That's not the point of Nuka-Cola. Sigh.
