Cannot sell Jet to Bobby

I am unable to sell Jet to Bobby in Vault 81 in spite of me not completing the "Dependency" quest or doing anything else to stop his addiction.

Were you trying to sell it to him for your second time? Like as in leaving vault 81 & coming back a while later to sell it to him.

Whenever I sell my jet to Bobby I always do it in one go & spam the dialogue until all my Jet is sold & I forget about him, & I never seem to have problems that way.

Are you trying to sell him jet for the caps or for fun? if it´s caps you´re after just make a water farm :^)

I'm after caps, so I'll look into making a water farm at The Castle or something

A water farm is the best way to make caps. Castle is a good spot, I had like 800 water there. I like to build mine at taffington boathouse but it's very small.

All you have to do is build water purifiers, wait, get water, sell it to merchants & buy more junk for more water purifiers or buy more ammo or something.

I did try & leave & try to sell to Bobby again & it just didn't work. I usually only do it once for the overseers guardian & leave.
