Power armor near Tenpines bluff
There is power armor in a cage on a train car near Tenpines Bluff but I can't seam to figure out how to get it out of the cage. I see it even has a power core in it, that would be nice to have but can't open cage.
Is this just teaser or is there a way to open it.

lolz. . .no biggie.

Those cages will always have a power cable running from them to the terminal that opens them. And that particular P.A. can be a pain if you can't figure out how to get to the terminal.

The terminal is easy to get to. The flatbed that the cage is on is a pain to get up on. Go onto the cliff above said cage-bearing train-car and jump down, or jump on the edge from the ground, which is harder.
