Deb is missing?

I remember doing a quest for Deb in Bunker Hill, and getting back to her and being able to buy one piece of Black Ops armor. I wanted to go back and buy more stuff but I can't seem to find her anymore. I tried using console commands, and they just take me to where the father and son guys are running their store and she's not around anywhere. Any ideas anyone?
