Edit; The above is the only thing I can suggest that may work for you BUT, I'm not sure if the current version of AWKCR will work with that old version of Armorsmith. You should check and see if there is an old version still available of AWKCR that was released before March of 2016.
Why would you even bother to ask if you dont own the game?
Unfortunetely, since a Steam client update a few months ago many players game libraries are automatically hidden. He doesn't own the game but, it's possible he is using Family Share to play the game and we just can't check that without him making his library and recently played games visible.
but... but... OP just said they dont have the dlc tho, OP didn't say anything about not owning the game iteslf
