Packs for new clothes for npcs?

So I'm getting back into modding after a long break. Searching "pack" on the nexus doesn't yeild many results for what I'm looking for, so I'm wondering if there are any "packs" of multiple new clothes integrated into the leveled lists that npcs will use/wear. I just want to increase the variety of stuff that I'll run into in game. I want to do the same with weapons but I feel like I'll just be adding a variety of weapon mods for that one.

EIi's Armour Compendium is quite good - cliothes are fairly cool lookinig (on both men and women) and you'll run into them on certain human enemies too (eg scavengers), as well as being able to craft them using her special workbench. They also have improved damage stats compared to outfits like road leathers, etc. It's a nice mod addition if you want a variety of outfits.

On women I really like Delyte's clothes (also on Nexus) but you have to craft those at the chemistry station, you can't loot them.
