Far Harbor: Cassie Dalton & Joe's Shotgun

At the beginning of the Blood Tide mission, Cassie Dalton promises to award me with "Joe's shotgun" if I help her…she lied, giving me instead the Bloodletter fish-hook melee weapon. Now, I'd done this mission before, and the same thing happened.

Did the devs flub up the dialogue, or is there actually a shotgun that used to belong to Joe [Dalton], and it's procured some other way? I tried googling it, but all I got were hits about Slcum's Joe, no shotgun.

never heard of it. I know that the Mariner gives Old jimmys combat shotgun at some point, but never heard of joe's shotgun. She gives the fish-hook.

Thanks. Maybe I mis-heard what the ol' bat was saying…twice. It's possible; when she starts to ramble I kinda tune her out, her words kinda turning into white noise, like when my last wife started conversations with, "Honey, we gotta talk…." Ever watch animated Charlie Brown (Peanuts) movies? You can hear what all the child characters are saying, but whenever grown-ups talk, all you hear is a bunch of unintelligible squawking.
