Report a translation problem
If you don't mind starting over, then delete the old f4se files, everything in Fallout 4's main directory, and everything in the "Data" folder and verify the game cache.
This'll give you the updated Fallout 4 files and the up to date game version.
Also, when I say "Bethesda" archives, I mean the ones that came with the default installation of the game; if you're unsure what those are, they're all under the "Fallout 4 -" file names with the DLC being aptly named which should be deleted too.
After that, you can hit Ctrl + F5 on silverlock's F4SE page so it gives you the right version.
