Drunken Gnomes?

I'm assuming this quest comes from a mod but I've only found two of them in maybe 40 hours or so. I just reached level 52 on a new character and I feel like I explore every area thoroughly before moving on but these things seem to ellude me everywhere. So far I've only found two.

Is there any kind of hint to where these things are or do we just have to stumble upon them blindly?

Damn it. I wanted to find all of them on my own.

I haven't seen any hints about their location. I have been looking all over for them - and written a bunch of story posts about the adventures around Gnomepolypse.

I thought I was missing something like a note or locator. I added a lot of mods and didn't know where this one stemmed from. Sorry about the spoiler, I'll remove it in case others haven't found that one yet.
