Learn to install manually because Fallout 4 can be anything you want with some practice. Got to start with the basics though.

These screens show only a fraction of a customized game. Takes alot of practice and trial and error to have a 100% stable, fully customized to your liking, game. Start with learning how to install manually or its pointless to try.
Try installing again everything carefully. It does help sometimes. I have had to install BS a few times.
You know to to do the plugins file? I have the plugins folder shortcut in a fallout 4 mods folder. Make shortcuts to everything. I have 7 shorcuts to various programs and folders and just drag them all to desktop if i want to do anything, quickly and easily.

Last on the list is the last loaded and wont be over written. What is shown here is the proper way and does work even if auto programs make it messy sometimes.
Edit the notepad then right click it and make it read only. Almost forgot. Thats what i do anyway.
I also got a copy of this pugins notepad renamed slightly in the same folder in case an update ever messes with it... Back up everything multiple times when your game is 100% stable and modded as it progresses.
Oh - just thought. Maybe you have the basic version. I have deluxe version.
Is the central command in the basic version also? If so, I will need to try that one. I do not need the followers, tank, etc.
I got quite enough from 3 timed MM quests at once.
I am using the advanced version. I have never used the build menu version, just the Central Command versions.
