Do as mentionned in your other thread.
Console command is simply "player.additem itemID amount"
Maybe you can replace player with the workbench ID but I never tried and I don't know if it works
then just press B or whatever your transfer button is to put them in the workbench
and honestly i think you have everyone a little confused (even me) that you're starting your game with the nuka-world raiders taking over the commonwealth, lol

The batch file itself is just a plain text file that goes in your Fallout 4 directory and contains each command in order. When you use the BAT command with the file's name, the game runs each line of commands one after the other exactly as if you'd typed them in.
For example, I've got a text file (.TXT) called FindSynth that has a command to report the number of synths in a settlement for each settlement workbench to save having to remember all the reference IDs and enter them over and over again. When I need to use it I can just enter: BAT FindSynth
I'll try it out and let you know
you can console up other foods to try if you want. i really don't know 100% what they do and don't eat. i always just give them crops cause that's what settlers grow. i do know 100% for sure they eat those.
raiders are picky though. they don't want to do any farming, for example. might be picky about what they eat too. you'll have to let us know what you turn up.
I usually add a crap ton of mutfruit and purified water when doing raider playthroughs before i get other settlements to give them stuff.
Food has nothing to do with growth (happiness might, I can't remember). Normal settlers come until they reach the cap (10 + your charisma), or until there are 4 of them with no assigned jobs. Raiders will just keep coming until the cap is reached (also 10 + Charisma).
help tato 4
and it will give you the codes for tato, but it will give a lot of item codes. i think food would fall under (ALCH) category? takes little trial and error to figure it out. if the item you're looking for has two or more words like purified water, you would instead type
help "purified water" 4
