Basically what happened was...
You created a body larger than the vanilla body.
You put an outfit on that still vanilla sized so it is "below" the body textures.
Since the skin textures are "below" where they should be no texture is shown.
Make sure the clothing mods being used are CBBE compatible. Clothing that is not CBBE compatible will do strange things.
You have a LOT of body mods. At this point you are going to have to self diagnose the issue.
So what you need to do is this:
1. Create or use your existing save.
2. Start disabling your body mods.
3. Load the game and check for the issue.
4. Exit the game without saving (open pipboy while exiting to avoid an exit save.)
5. Enable some mods you previously disabled.
6. Repeat until you find the culprit.
7. Once you find the culprit go double check the mod page for installation instructions.
I aint abandoning you, just can not really find the issue playing armchair general. I would have to have the same mods and load order to figure it out. If you have more question feel free to ask.
First of all, you have the AAF Unique Player Patch installed BUT I didn't see the Unique Player mod. Why would you install a patch for a mod that you don't have?
Secondly, you have Unique Followers installed and I think this is your real problem. I'm pretty sure you messed up the installation of that mod by not following the directions properly. If I were you, that's the FIRST place I'd look for your Piper problem.
Lastly, I see you have a lot of mods from LoversLab and while I use that site myself, you have to be careful which mods you choose since a lot of those mods have complex installation instructions that can easily confuse a novice, if you are one. I strongly suggest that you go over ALL of your mods and make sure you've followed the authors' installation instructions, if any.
EDIT: Personally, I think the various unique player / unique follower mods are a lot more trouble than they're worth. Those mods are very much DIY and if you're not familiar with the file structure of the game, it's extremely easy to bork the install. Relying on a mod manager to properly install those mods is a mistake since most of them require some MANUAL intervention.
yessssssssssssssssssssssssss,
thank you it worked, i just reinstalled aaf without the patch and got rid of unique followers and that fixed it thank you and all of the others that helped out.
