Good example is the hubflowers near Sunshine Tidings. While the flowers just north of Sanctuary by the water will respawn because they are not in the cell.
If you are running mods, some mods have fungus farms. Like Sim Settlements 1 and 2 have them in a couple different plots.
I love those, got about 200 of those in storage.

I was thinking the glowing fungus resets in the cave close to Red Rocket. But I could be wrong. Not something I use that often.
Obviously the one sin the cave are in a different cell.
