Sierra Petrovita. Insanely lucky or insane Elder god?

In all the years I have been playing Fallout one thing above all else bugs me about the games and that is Sierra Petrovita. Don't get me wrong I actually like her as she is about the only sweet, kind and innocent character in the wastelands. My problem is that she really seems to have the life expectancy of a snowflake in a fifty megaton blast yet she keeps surviving. I mean Fallout 3 Girdershade is in a pretty dangerous part of the Capitol wasteland, I doubt a new player character just out of the vault could make it there and in Fallout 4 how the hell does she make it hundreds of miles alone in jeans and a t-shirt armed with just a pipe pistol to Nuka World?

Right onto my theory as to how she survives.

She is actually a Lovecraftian Elder Deity with a split personality one being the Sierra we encounter, the other being an unstoppable and unkillable Cthulan monstrosity that only comes out to play when she is threatened and that Sierra is unaware of this. This would explain why she is so carefree and upbeat nothing bad has EVER happened to her. This is why she can walk carefree through a world where raiders would be queuing up to not just butter her muffin but to batter it before recycling her hands as a bra and her face as a codpiece.

My supporting evidence is Bethesda love using the Cthulu mythos in their games, both Fallout and Elder Scrolls have many examples and that the only reason the player can kill Sierra is that they didn't think of this first (or it wasn't worth coding so much for so little).

I assume Sierra is in fallout 4 in some DLC?

Checking the wiki she's 26 in Fallout 3 and ten years later she is still 26, which does imply some otherworldly powers.

Why do they suck though? Just because the way she got to Nuka-World is unclear the writing is bad?

Fallout has become so full of plot holes and rewrites since Bethesda took over. there not major ones, but if you know where to look, they're there

Does it ever say she actually traveled alone? We do know there are caravan routes between the Capital Wasteland and the Commonwealth (thats how the cure gets back to MacCready's kid), and Nuka World is a known trade hub, so it isn't entirely out of the question that she came in with a caravan.

basically part ghoul at this point and she was protected by some dude in the capital wastelands above of living in the outskirts ironically near one of the most irradiated vaults with super mutants being made there / squating there.

Nuka cola is literally radiation and acid. Imo quantum is probably the strongest and mutated the mirlurks to be stronger than usual.

but Nuka World is basically only visited by singular people b/c caravans would be targeted for raiding.

You'd think she'd have 1 intelligence 10 charisma 10 luck and 10 endurance

I think it's just obsession at this point. Trying to get all the nuka items and junk.
her other stats are pretty good tbh in a wasteland having anything higher than 5 (which i assume is average) would be pretty good.

like 1 is may as well not have it all
