I did the quest and owned the place. But there is no cooking appliances in the place.. I can build a stove.. but place is too clean and this stove is a dirty junk..

There is a very clean oven on the spot.. but it's not functional.

And having a power armor stand in the living room.. all pile of metal by your cozy sofa.. i wonder who designed this..

I moved back to my old place. my diamond city house is better.

I have this CC. In my opinion, the appearance is too jarring and doesn't belong in the FO4 universe. There are some nice furniture items but the penthouse location is just too inconvenient and too out of place to be of any use.

Agreed.

Place it too clean and ready-made. I couldnt even insert a stove there amd make it fit the environment.

It is for lazy people :D for whom just wanna nice looking place to live. And yes location is too awkward, super mutants around. Plus I get hungry and thirsty 2-3 times before even reaching up there..

I MAYBE use the carpets or the double beds and some of the wall art is pretty good, but that's about it.

ahh.. these look good. I can put one of these and use the the place time to time.. for my special private purposes ;) kitchen is a crucial part of a house.. thanks.

It does make sense it's clean. Institute is behind it after all. It doesn't however make sense why a Courser would exactly need a place like that

that was what i tought. I wont use it for a base. It's a resting place for some kind of roleplays.. I may need some mods and a companion though ;)
