Might be worth a try.
lots of people have bug phobias, and it truly bothers you that much, there are plenty of "delete" mods for the dragonflies, the "I won't kill dogs even virtual ones" types, and of course https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3291
(BTW there's a similar issue with Skyrim and people with spider phobias.)
I would instead tell you to just try. 1) they're not real, keep telling yourself this. And 2 just look at them, they are not intimidating or scary, it's not something to have a phobia over. But that's why it's a phobia, it doesn't need to make logical sense! You can use this as immersion therapy. It's just a dumb bug, why be afraid of it? It's not even poisonous.
Most of us just grab the locket and leave we only encounter them if we open those doors by the toolbox and enter that last room.
With any luck that replacer mod will help.
That is where the key to the sealed door is though so if you can't hack the terminal you have to get the key if you want all the goodies inside.
(and maybe your worst enemy).
execpt people focused on finishing a mission do not always explore the place completely. While I will admit I probably should of said many of us instead of most.
