can't start fallout from mod organizer
whenever i try to start fallout from mod organizer it gives me the error REL/Relocation.h(600): failed to open Data/F4SE/Plugins/version-1-10-163-0.bin

this means you forgot to install one of the buffout 4 pre-requisites, specifically this one

Address Library for F4SE Plugins (Prerequisite)
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47327

since i'm pointing it out, make sure you also installed this pre-req:

TBB Redistributables (Prerequisite)
https://www.nexusmods.com/Core/Libs/Common/Widgets/ModRequirementsPopUp?id=215452&game_id=1151

aaand this one:

xSE PluginPreloader F4 (Prerequisite)
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/33946

all of which you can see from the buffout 4 page is you click to expand the REQUIREMENTS part of the nexus page

EDIT:

it's been a long time since i've worked with this game so i'm not sure how much help i can be right now but i'm still willing to try and help get your game running, so keep in touch. :)

Same error, I did everything exactly as you wrote, but it didn't help me, I used a lot of things starting with the LOOT program and ending with F4editor, but I couldn't find a solution to the problem.

it's called

this is an error message specific to buffout 4 so it's buffout 4 that's throwing this error. installing that prerequisite should solve the problem assuming buffout 4 and everything is installed correctly.

your crash log looks OK to me, it even mentions "xSE PluginPreloader v0.2.5.1 loaded" which is another plugin, surprisingly, the one that i think isn't actually even necessary :p

let me know if you still cant' get it to work.

and tell me what mod manager are you using? mod organizer or vortex or something?
