Pink Trees / 2D Minecraft Flower Red / Orange Brick Building LODs Everywhere

Load order / F4SE plugins [pastebin.com]
Any fix for the LOD issue I'm having? Can't find any other issues of the same LOD with a quick google. I'd prefer not having to make my own LODs but at the same time if it's the last option I will. Tried reinstalling BNS and Borealis already. Using Nexus to launch the game and ENB.

The pink is a missing texture. You have ENB issues/conflicts.

You obviously did not install mods correctly or have conflicting mods.

i have no file conflicts according to vortex/loot and all mods are working normally besides the LOD issue...

Yet you are showing screenshots that shows otherwise.

Disable a few mods, load the game, exit the game (without saving)
Repeat until you find the culprits.
