Character idea?

I'm looking to make a guy who is a smart ass, and thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread. I'm a little unsure on how to make him fit this look. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a look that might match this...been watching too many "my character is a jerk" vids on youtube. :P

Edit: Ok so when i ask this I mean looks physically. Like "Oh you should give him long hair and a gotee?" suggestions like this. This is what I mean by I want him to look like a smart ass.

First of all he MUST be intelligent. Whoever heard of a dumb smart ass? You should get his pick lock and other thieving skills up there too.

Take a read of some of the SS sarcastic answers. Some are funny and smartassed as can be.
As for the SS looks, mess around with the character creation and come up with your own interpretation of it.
I'm sure you can come up with something. One a side note: a good smirk in facial expression is always a good smartassed look.
