Did you read that GRIM isn't even compatible with Whispering Hills mod? Says so on GRIM info page - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46711
"Whispering Hill is not compatible and is redundant with GRIM content."
If you're getting crashes after disabling mods (which you should never do midplay anyway) then start a new game with your new mod loadout, which is now hopefully stable.
Even when I start a new game without the mods, the skin/body mods still won't work without the Grim and Whispering Hills mod
List exactly which mods those will be here below.
The others mods do not work at all. However with the Modern Warfare Theme Menu with the sound mods, only the menu screen shows but it only plays the Fallout 4 main theme
CBBE - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15
Atomic Beauty - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12406
Neither of the two mods above depend on Grim or Whispering Hills mod.
Did you read the bit about those two mods (Grim and Whispering Hills) not being at all compatible with each other?
No idea what mod Synth Voice is referring to, maybe this? - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/30805
Nothing comes up for High Pitched Japanese Voice for Female Protagonist on nexus at all, link needed.
Nothing coming up for Modern Warfare Theme Menu on nexus at all, link needed.
Are you using a mod manager at all?
Are you installing mods using the bethesda.net site with ingame mod menu?
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47254
Also the High Pitched Japanese Voice, here's the link to that one as well:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6305
All the other links you mentioned are also correct
That doesn't depend on Whispering Hills or GRIM to run either. Still no link to Modern Warfare Theme whatever mod, is it on nexus?
Now answer these questions -
Are you using a mod manager at all?
Are you installing mods using the bethesda.net site with ingame mod menu?
Also, here's the link to the Call of Duty Menu Changer:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/48072
As well as the Call of Duty sound pack because it was recommended according to the mod author:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46893
Which means if things aren't working it isn't anything to do with whether GRIM or Whispering Hills is installed or not.
What do you mean CBBE for example "isn't working"?
"CBBE replaces the vanilla female body that all adult female characters (player and NPC) share, with one that is fully customizable with the BodySlide tool. By default there are three nude options available that don't require anything but installation".
I am assuming you have BodySlide as you mention editing the body.

Maybe you didn't uninstall a bunch of things when you swapped mod profiles over, have you ever gone outside of using MO2 to add mods into your game?
The only mods I tried using outside of MO2 were ones that had some files that require me to install them manually. But these mods are only meant to improve the game's performance. Mods like Buffout 4 for example. The mods required to make Buffout 4 activate require me to install them manually
Here are the links in order of the mods I mentioned:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47359
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46340
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/44798
These mods were all used in attempt to prevent crashes, frame drops, and long loading screens. According to this tutorial:
