Edit: Isn't there one near Starlight and the Junkyard (Might just be radaway but for some reason I am thinking Hasmat Suit)
Now that I know what suit the OP is using then I know how much radiation resist the suit used by the OP has.
You are never 100% protected from radiation. You will always have a slight amount taken that is under 1, which shows as with the > or < symbol.
This is the OP's topic.
This is the OP's issue.
The question was for the OP, not you.
This was the OP's answer.
If you actually want to help the OP then pay more attention to their posts and issues. Had you paid attention then you would have noticed the OP answered the question. On top of that someone else already suggested the OP could be using Morgan's Space suit.
especially when slowly walking through the glowing sea.
Not, it should be noted, that Morgan's space suit is much more useful against water than a regular hazmat suit, which was the OP's opening issue. For that you need the Robes of Atom's Devoted (which I already mentioned), and those come with their own restrictions.
It's nice to stroll the land knowing that radiation is no longer any kind of hidden danger. Glory to Atom!
...you just have to worry about all the murderous monsters that want to rip you limb from limb.
The one In Diamond City is one of the fastest you can reliably reach, while the Cambridge Polymer Labs one is technically closer but you're getting involved with a quest in order to reach it (and them locking you in means you need to complete the quest one way or another).
Edit: OMG Pure Mind Games literally read my mind
