Its mostly gunners that scale with your level, 1 automatron that may be trouble, and some bosses that are around level 30 maybe? So it will probably be a hard fight before level 20 atleast.

Biggest problem I had was that MacReady wouldn't get on the damn elevator so I had to fight them by myself.
