Data/F4SE/Plugins/F4EE/Presets
Unfortunately, a lot of the presets you find on Nexus aren't built with this path so when you use a mod manager to install them, it doesn't know where to put them so it just dumps them into your DATA folder.
Whenever you download a LooksMenu preset, you should ALWAYS click on "Preview File Contents" first to see if the path I listed above is built into the download. If it's just a single JSON file, that preset must be downloaded and installed MANUALLY for LooksMenu to see it.
I'm sure you'll find all the presets you downloaded sitting in your DATA folder. Just move them into the location I stated above and you'll be good to go.
Now if you're talking about a BODYSLIDE preset, thats a different story altogether. In order for these to show up in game, you MUST build the body using BodySlide. This will replace the current female body with the preset you just downloaded. You also need to batch build all the armor and clothing in your game using the same preset. I'm not going to take the time to write a tutorial on how to use BODYSLIDE since there are tons of them already available. GOOGLE is your friend here.
Just remember:
A LOOKSMENU preset is basically a FACE, hair, makeup etc preset
A BODYSLIDE preset is a BODY, CLothing and Armor SHAPE preset.
When you say "Body Preset and looksmenu", you're mixing up the two since "Body Preset" and "Looksmenu" are two entirely different things whose presets are found in two entirely different locations.
It was my pleasure.
Imo it's better to just ask for the preset setup and make it on your own character. Less hassle in the long term.
