Wearable backpacks and pouches help

I have downloaded this mod because I am doing a survivalist run. I have watched many videos but they are outdated and I can not, for the life of me, find out how to create these damn things... can someone please enlighten me with the newest update of the mod?

HOW TO GET EQUIPMENTS


1.Craft “Backpack Workbench” using the workshop menu.
2.Craft the equipments using Backpack Workbench..
3.Upgrade equipments using any Armor Workbench.
p.s. Console command (help backpack/bandolier/vest/belt 4) only works for basic equipments (the craftable equipments), you still need to upgrade them using any armor workbench for new features and CC bonus.

you gotta open your settlement workshop window,
Go to craftable workbenches and place the workbench for this mod.

I can not find this workbench I have reinstalled and made sure everything was done correctly. I installed it via vortex as well

Ok this sounds like a broken Settlement Menu error.

This is as far as Ive gotten so far, currently reading.

Well, I just went ahead and downloaded the mod...
Went to Santuary,
Held down F key...
Opened the settlment workshop,
Went to crafting menu,
Found the Backpack workbench and there it was.
No issues.
Now the ESP's were at the bottom of my LO...
Plus I selected the no crafting perks required bit, however I did have to re-order those so that the no crafting perks esp came after the main module.
