"Refreshini" command on load

I've installed ENB and the vogue preset, I've adjusted camera for both 1st and 3rd person along with FOV. Everytime I load in the settings revert and i need to enter console command "refreshini" everytime. It wouldn't bother me too much but after the first refresh i'll fast travel and have to do it again....which usually causes a CTD a little further down gameplay.....I believe its an INI issue but not sure.....Please any assistance is very appreciated.
