Atom Cats Power Armor Frame
I legitimately bought it, but it still says "steal"...what? Is there something I gotta do still? :V

Doesnt Rowdy have her own frame there? Then you buy one and its placed nearby?

You're eyeballing the wrong power armor frame.
(I know, I did it before).
If you face Rowdy's garage, your frame should be just outside the garage on the right side.

That is what I thought, because I felt sorry for Rowdy one game and bought armor to put on her frame.

Its like wtf, every other member has full sets, but the one who works on the power armor and sells power armor does not. Dev logic, gotta love it.

No its not. Its an actual physical frame. You buy it, it should be in the shop somewhere, but the one nearby is marked as stolen. If its a different frame, then its gotta be placed somewhere else but I can't see it anywhere.

Now that you mention it, the frame in the corner is probably HER frame. There are also two women there, I've never seen either of them in power armor. Someone should make a mod ;)

edit: also, the frame appears OUTSIDE the shop and to the left toward the fence/facing warwick, but only after I fast travelled there and back again. Feels buggy :/

Rowdy gets in the frame all the time when the Gunners attack, which is constantly after you do the membership quest.
