Is there a mod that adds hunger and thirst to the game?

now i have played fo76, i really liked the hunger and thirst part. so i want it in fo4 too. i know it exists in survival mode but i want just the hunger and thirst and not the other stuff that comes with survival

If you go to Nexus and type "needs" in the search bar, there's quite a few in there.

You can always play survival mode if you don't want to bother with mods.

Lets you pick exactly what features of survival mode you want

Play Survival Mode with the Mod "Survival Options". Then you can tune your game back to anything you wish. You can re-enable saving, fast travel and tons more. If you want, you can just keep the hunger and thirst.
