I wondered that too
None of the settlers in Warwick Farms gives a quest. So what's the deal? I tried to see if Garvery
would give one for it but no wayJose.
If Garvey doesn't tell you to go there because there is a quest from him, I don't know who or what
will trigger the quest. All I can do is keep doing the radiant minute man quests I guess
So you never did the quest to gain Warwick Homestead however you were able to build in the settlement. You gained control of the workshop without doing either quest or killing everyone.
Yet you started the topic because the settlement was not allied to you. Makes me wonder if the topic you posted yesterday about Red Rocket was not recruiting because it was not allied. Whichs means if it was not allied you wasted a lot of people's time.
I said it before and I will say it again. You keep doing something to your game to break it. Nobody has ever had this many issues with their game.
Maybe you should send DouglasGraves a friend request so he can sort it out for you since he enjoys defending your issues so much. Simply because I am laughing too hard to be of any use.
You just have to keep playing the game. You may find it someday. Depends on your actions. Or you could look it up in the fandom wiki. Hint, it ain't Preston.
Workshops that have no population only require clearing the settlement of hostiles (except Boston Airport.)
Workshops that have NPCs at them require a quest to claim them or kill everyone (except Bunker Hill.)
The tortoise is careful and thorough unlike his speedy counterpart, and for this particular issue not being allied when the allying quest is not completed is normal behaviour. There's no hypothesis needed for the game doing its normal thing.
The only vaguely unusual bit is Roger not shoving the recruitment quest down the player's throat. I could investigate how workshop activation works, but doing the quest is the clear course of action here. The quest itself could also be studied, I suppose.
And note that you won't be able to take Warwick Homestead by killing everyone, since June Warwick has the Essential status.
Yet multiple people caught the issue.
"How was the OP building power and defense in a settlement without owning the workshop."
Yet once again you rush off to defend the OP a fourth time by trying to come up with excuses rather than admit the OP is causing the issues. Thus proving my point that all you want to do is argue.
