Throatslicer missing?

So now that I actually have enough caps to buy it, the vendor who sells Throatslicer, Katelyn Alden, is missing from Nuka World.

I've tried waiting/resting for several days at a time, inside the market, inside Fizztop, and even outside of Nuka World at Sunshine Tidings, but she never seems to come back.

I lowered the difficulty so I could access the console and I tried teleporting to her, but it just puts me at the location where she should appear. I tried teleporting her to me, but that didn't do anything either.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any solution besides just waiting? I've already tried waiting for over a week in-game

Thanks, that isn't my issue though. She was already there in this play through before. I had talked and bartered with her several times prior to her sudden disappearance.

Okay, just like that, I went back to the market after another couple of days outside of Nuka World and she was back, so I promtply bought the knife.

The only thing I did different was I went farther afield, to Pickman's Gallery and back. So it could be that you need to try running to the other side of the map and back for some reason, if anyone else is still having this issue.
