Making the game feel fresh.

So I want to try and give the game a go again from the start, after about a total of 400 hours played in total and like 8-9 days on one save.

I want tips on what mods I should use to make the game feel new and fresh. This can include UI changes, new stories, new companions (no I have not done all of the companion stories on all the main companions), new locations etc etc.

The plan will be to start a playthrough as a female sniper merc/raider-ish (I know I can't really do this until I finnish the main story.)

Probably get bored with it in less time it took to set up but I feel like things just arent "finished" with Cait.

have you tried survival run? Try a power armor build. If you have done this build already, try melee, or sniper. If you sided with the institute, try siding with one of the other factions, and rpg the character. Because someone that follows the BOS is going to do and be different than someone that follows the Minutemen or Institute. If you haven't done settlements, do those. Sorry I can't help you on the mods. I am still playing vanilla.

War of the commonwealth
A lot of weapon mods from nexus
Mod them by using console commands and give yourself a ton of startup ammo

Survival with the mod War on the Commonwealth - Spawns. It is so fun I run the mod at the highest difficulty got chased by a group of about a dozen ghouls right at the exit of the vault. Then after 4 hours of basically being stuck in Sanctuary I was forced to travel to Drumlin for antibiotics. Drumlin was to dangerous though the war was constant there had to make my way to the Covenant to get help from the doctor. Its crazy and I do die alot but when I finally made it back to Sanctuary I was like home safe again yay. I had to make saves at beds on the way it feels like you could get stuck and the game is over but it can be done and it is a blast.

Get WOTC and zombie walkers then change most of the npc's to spawn as zombies. Then play in survival and enjoy your very own personal zombie apocalypse

i am having a great go at full on raider. no preston quest. off to nuka world. i rolled to 18 at the end of the gauntlet. i have hangmans alley red rocket and santuary. i put up a few settelers. but no preston. will se what happens. fun new game. surivival no mods. 1400 hrs. this is the best fallout yet.

Awesome. Yeah just like walking dead. WotC mod really adds to this game right. I been playing on highest difficulty in survival and it is slow growth and settlements are super important now. I also dont scrap anything just collect items and loot. Is a must have mod.
