Symbiotic settlements does have conflicts with any other build system unless you start a new game. If this is the case then it may be load order that is causing an issue and may need placing before Homemaker so that Homemaker can take command
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17521 gives you a whole choice of different beds as well as player only, NPC only or shared beds
I also have a mod(?) called Structures DFEP that uses luck charm bobblehead as an icon, I do not know what it is part of and sense it has some of the items of homemaker.
Re: Nexus I do not know how to use Vortex and the mods from it either clash with Bethesda mods or something funky is going down because on load of game it says four of my mods are missing.
Unsure about structures dfep apart from for Xbox.
Okay, it is actually very easy to install mods from Nexus and far better than Bethesda. A lot of mods on Bethesda do not show requirements or conflicts so although good, equally it can be bad. I would suggest checking the version on Nexus before installing Bethesda as I have found some out of date or previous versions
Download Vortex and install it. Get an account with Nexus and when you see a mod you like, check the requirements incase there is another mod that is required. Select the "files" tab and click "Mod Manager Download". It will download into Vortex. In Vortex, click install, then click enable and the job is done.
There are videos and help files in Vortex and if you have any problems then ask here, lots will help or even joke with you. This is a community and we stick together.
If you're already at the latest version, your CTD problem has to be caused by another mod. I use Homemaker myself and I've never crashed when accessing the fences or any other part of that mod.
