Military Frequency AF95
So there's this radio frequency that should give me a BoS quest but it's static no matter what I do or where I go. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried tuning in and out in different locations, walking into range of it, nothing seems to work. It's all just static.

Never heard of that bug, but you can head to the Cambridge police station even if you never listen to the radio signal, the quest will start automatically when you're in range

that happened to me very while ago, just go to police station and it will skip that step of quest. my guess.

Depends, did you ally with an opposite Faction like Institute, RR, Raiders ?
No, it doesn't depend.

It doesn't. I've walked there, fast traveled in, talked to all three. There is nothing. The scribe and knight just give me their radiant quests and the paladin just gives his idle voice lines.

When you first got there, was Danse outside the station fighting the ghouls? if not, then there is a bug happening. Because the first time you go there, should be some fighting taking place. You may have to look up a console command to solve it or load a earlier save.

Oh dude, you have the complete wrong quest in mind. It's after Septer Invicta. I completed it but there's no follow-up quest. People said there should be an alert via the frequency but there's nothing.
There is a radio alert calling on all BoS units to rendezvous at the police station, after Shadow of Steel. You then get flown to the Prydwen. Also at this time the interior of the police station gets an overhaul.

Your OP certainly sounds like you are talking about the first Cambridge police station quest not the second one.

Sorry. I misunderstood.

You referring to the one which automatically pops up after you exit Fort Hagen after killing Kellogg? That one, you need to exit at the roof and then should get it, telling you to listen to that freq, Did you exit by back tracking to the one you entered Fort Hagen?

I once had that bug, cause i still think i broke the script. I heard the guns shot from the fight, and left again. After just radiant quests, nothing more.

I don't know what you mean with the backtracking part, but I did go to the roof and there's nothing there. Just a roof. Also I didn't get a quest, but I heard people in diamond city talking about a blimp and apparently I should have gotten a quest over the radio for that.
If you killed Kellogg and went immediate to the roof of Fort Hagen you should see and hear the blimp, the Prydwen. That is Shadow of Steel and that's what triggers the second message on MAF 95, which is the one you seem to be interested in. If you killed Kellogg and exited to the roof - not the roof hatch but the elevator to the roof - and you didn't see the Prydwen, then your game is broken and it's no surprise that nobody is waiting for you at Cambridge police station.

I do not remember where I exited, but I suppose it was the wrong way. Is there a way to fix this at all?

Need to find the console command to complete the quest, or if you have a saved point before you killed Kellogg, that should work

If no save option, then do a search for the quest console commands for Fallout 4. If I knew it, I would tell you, but I don't. I know some quest complete console commands and learned them by searching. Never had a issue with that quest.
