rotate workshop objects in x y and z, can it be done?

I have seen some YouTubes where it is possible but I can't replicate. Is it possible to rotate workshop objects in all directions? If so can you provide link or instructions? Thanks!

As far as I'm aware, rotation in all three dimensions is not a standard feature of the normal game. You could do it with mods, or (in a far more limited way for individual objects) with console commands.

If you mean when you pick up an object with the R key, you press shift and then the rotate keys.

Workshop objects? No not without mod or commands (like setangle xx)

Items held in hand can be rotated in any angle like R.O.T.O.R mentioned

Thanks all. It is the picking up the object vs. moving it in the workshop that threw me. Thanks again its time to investigate :)
