Exactly when did you start crashing all the time?
Where were you?
What did you do?
Did you add or remove any mods around that time?
Did you use any console commands?
Were you doing any particular quest when you started crashing?
What quest was it?
Can you replay from an earlier save?
Is there anything ELSE you can think of? If yes, post it here.
Lastly, have you hired an exorcist yet to purge the demons from your computer?
Troubleshoot your mods by disabling them in batches until you no longer crash, you know, the classic way of finding a mod conflict.
Validate your game files with Steam or do a full reinstall. If you decide to reinstall, make sure you DELETE the Fallout4 root folder AND the ini files /Documents/my games/Fallout4/. Uninstall your mods first so your mod manager doesn't complain. See if your save file works, but I doubt it will. You can try starting a new VANILLA game just to see if your fast travel works. Then add your mods a few at a time, testing your game each time. I hope you're using the Unofficial Patch. If not, see what happens after you install it
There is also a possibility that you might have orphaned scripts in your save file, these being remnants from mods previously uninstalled in the middle of your playthrough (never a good idea). You can check for these AND also remove them with FallRim Tools which is only a search away on Nexus. This just might recover your save file BUT there's no guarantees.
