Fallout 4 infinite loading screen 2021 (Solved)

i load up the game and it works perfect im running it on ultra settings (except the weapon debris thing that crashes).
i go in a building, and im met with an infinite black loading screen.
tried EVERYTHING!!
went on bethesda site to find a fix, they say to try and make the game recognize the graphics card, but the settings their referring are not there in my NVIDIA Control panel..
so i try all the other methods, like: delete mods ( i had one that enables u to have a dog and a companion at the same time), change directory to an SSD even though it was installed on a M2 memory card which is a couple seconds faster. they also had me disable Vsync in a client that looked nothing like the client the game has so i just disabled Vsync through NVIDIA control panel.
nothing worked!
so i went on google tried to change up some .ini files still nothing...
tried staring a new game which sucked bc i worked on my appearance for like an hour and still nothing!!
tried messing with resolution, thinking maybe its bc my screen is to big and powerfull, that didnt work at all..
tried window mode and borerless that also didnt work..
POINT IS i need help fixing the game so i can play and not get stuck looking at a black screen forever everytime i want to loot a house.
plz if anyone can assist it would be much appreciated.

Have you tried uncapping your framerate? The loading is tied to the framecap in this game.

I had the same problem, until I installed a mod that uncaps the frames. Now I got no issues whatsoever.

right now im reinstalling the game without steam cloud in and see if that helps.
when i uncap frames im greeted with super fast animations and stuff so cant realy do that. my screen supports 164 hz

You could try this mod:

High FPS Physics Fix and Load Accelerator - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/44798

It fixes issues around high FPS like broken physics, lock-picking being impossible, bushes and trees shaking like crazy, etc.

It also includes a load accelerator and it allows to disable the black screen and the loading 3D animation.

still black screen and still takes like 4 minutes to load an area.
thought maybe the NVIDIA control panel is interfering so i disabled the FPS cap but it just goes back to speedy animations like the mod doesnt even exist.

You need to install F4SE as well in case you did not see this as being a requirement. The game then needs to be started over F4SE, meaning you need to run f4se_loader.exe instead of fallout4.exe.

The .ini file to the High FPS Phyiscs can be found at:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\HighFPSPhysicsFix.ini

theres a script extender that loades up as u install the vortex on the game is that not it?

The F4SE script extender does not come with Vortex. Vortex only supports F4SE by starting f4se_loader.exe. This is why Vortex has got a seperate button for it. Vortex does not include F4SE however and you need to get F4SE from here:

still black loading screen so no tips and cool rotating stuff BUT WHO CARES IT TAKES LIKE 3 SECONDS TO LOAD!

can confirm april 2025 this still works to fix problem,
summary:
download the nexus mod manager (vortex)
download fose, download the High FPS mod and finnally the Address Library - All In One
run the game thru votex with the above and it works great
