OUTFIT STUDIO is actually a light version of a modeling application. You can use Blender and 3dsMax to do the same thing but Outfit Studio was designed to be much more user friendly with a considerably less steep learning curve.
Some of the things you would use Outfit Studio for are:
Making conversions from one body type to another
Conforming a mesh to your body preset to reduce or eliminate clipping
Creating zap sliders which will allow you to customize your clothes.
Just to name a few.....
There is no "mod" that will automatically fit your clothes to your body preset if they're not conforming properly. Outfit Studio IS the MOD. You'll just have to learn how to use it but the good news is there are many tutorials and videos out there that will show you the way. Google is your friend here.
The great majority of the time you'll be just using BodySlide to build your meshes to fit your body preset. You'll use Outfit Studio mostly for tweaking.
BTW, you can BATCH build in BodySlide.
However, if this is a garment added by a mod, you have a couple of choices:
1. Check you mod site to see if anyone has already created BodySlide files for that garment.
2. Create the Bodyslide files yourself PROVIDED the garment is already CBBE compatible. If it's NOT compatible with CBBE, you FIRST will have to convert it using OUTFIT STUDIO, Once this is done, then your second step will be creating the BodySlide files.
