Explore Vault 88 Workbench glitch

So i am stuck at the quest explore vault 88, i've got the quest from the observer and i was at the north sector workbench, so i found the control board and when i pressed E on the workbench to activate it its says North Sector Control Board removed and i cannot activate the workbench, tried everything. If anyone know how i can fix this please let me know. Just to admit i am using Sim Settlements 2, HUDFramework and Workshop Framework as mods

You have to clear the 2 other tunnels of enemies and find the control boards. There are cave walls to remove as well which open up more caves and tunnels with enemies in.

Yes i did that but the problem is some kind of glitch formed and i can't activate any sector even tho i have Sector Board

So for clarity the north-East and East sector workshops boards are all inserted.
If so that is when the quest completes, if it is still active and the boards have been inserted then the only thing left is in console

Setstage DLC06MQ04 250
Setstage DLC06MQ04 320
Setstage DLC06MQ04 500

That should then complete the workshops and enable you to expand through the cave walls
