Super Clean and Simple Sanctuary Startup
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/49305?tab=description
It does restore the players home, as well as all Sanctuary houses to Prewar condition. It also scraps the entire settlement and gives you all the scrap in a box on the work bench (so you don't loose anything). Also, slightly enlarges the settlement area. Best used on a new game, so you can start building and not waste anytime scraping. As with all mods, check for compatabilities if you're using other mods.
I use the Postwar version:
Clean and Simple Sanctuary Startup:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24854/?
Which is the exact same thing, except that it uses the Postwar version of the houses, shows some damage, but walls/roofs/interiors are fully repaired.
