Mod for fixing houses and bridge in Sanctuary.

I want Sanctuary to look better, but I do not want it to look like it did pre-war. I like that the houses aren't perfect, but they look like they're about ready to collapse, and all the holes in the roof would make them useless for actual shelter. Preferably, it should look like they were patched up more than properly repaired. Things like the windows being boarded up and the roofs being covered with a patchwork of scrap metal and wood. I want them to look livable and useful as buildings, but not pretty.

my fave is the do your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ job codsworth description mod that fixes sanctuary and the repaired sanctuary bridge either patched or pre-war version (patched as in has wood over it).

if they don't work download the homemaker mod or any mod that adds settlement prefabs and items from the game files to build + scrap all mod to scrap everything and just replace the homes with your own home.

Huh. I looked but it seemed like all of the mods I saw just imported the prewar models. I'll take a second look.

I only know of mods that will replace the old with the new houses as well as mods that will allow you to scrap all of them. The later may be the best option for you as I do not think there are any half-repaired houses or that any such attempt would be satisifying.

For what it is worth, I certainly know the feeling. Sanctuary scares me to be honest. I have tried fixing a few other places with moderate result, but Sanctuary is practically aheap of trash waiting to collapse on you.

I have just "fixed" Taffington Boathouse by the way.
