Why is CBBE mod so Overated?

Why does a mod like this have so many endorsments?

Well for me it's immersion, I use fusion girl now but it's the same thing basically. The bodies are more realistic and makes the game look better overall.

For me, it's immersion. How dumb is it in a post apocalypse setting, that when you strip someone of armor or clothing, they still have on underwear? Not to mention the games have blatant prostitution, so not having any nudity in the wasteland is also really stupid.

Why do you seem to have a problem with what other people do with their own single player games?

Well there is a you problem. As the mod does come with a option to include undies instead of nude only.

But the main reason is the same for some of the male replacers, it looks better. Not to mention a lot of armor mods are made for it and only it.

it was one of the first mods + sex sells

not to mention that about 1/2 of all armor and clothing type mods are all CBBE related in bodyslider studio.

Imo other newer ones especially fusion girl came out later but CBBE was the first and most easiest to work with.

it's like unity and ♥♥♥♥ idk unreal engine 3? Unity was first so everyone sorta already figured out everything. UE3 is newer and better but tbh too many setbacks. Most people almost always fallback to Unity engine.


The better part of CBBE is that it's also useful for making outfits and clothing with. Same with any accessories or head gear. From CBBE people can easily convert it a bit better into other body mods for body slider like again fusion girl, atomic beauty, true wasteland body, etc.



I'm not gonna lie i'd wish there was more male body mods so you can do stuff like super hero bodies or builds and more immersive for things like 10 strength 10 endurance. But most of the modders / gamers are weebs / horny boys. So we'll probably never ever get many.

also in-game it's sorta implied that somehow Vault Tec put all their users with stuff like VATS and advanced ♥♥♥♥ to protect them.
in 3 and new vegas you had cybernetics so it's not too far a stretch. In 4 only kellogg and some synths without mods have cybernetics but it still exists.

also there exists a legit legendary effect where you gain more damage the less you have (for some reason you just need your base clothing for it or else it takes away damage for some reason).
