I would like to solve a problem, not cover it up.
I would reinstall everything and over write, but also installing the clothes that go with it. Look for what the mod needs.
Really to bad it isnt more simple, but at least customization is possible.
I know what the bug causes. I need somebody who knows how to edits those clothings in Bodyslide.
And yes: if it was that easy and done with a tutorial I would have done it already.
The reason why the problem is appearing is that outfit mod was created for body other than CBBE. Maybe its for vanilla, maybe its for atomic, maybe its for 7base (I do not know how many bodies exist nowadays, I'm not up to date). If the outfit mod was created for a different CBBE subtype, it'd still work but textures would look stretched. Different body meshes use differently arranged body textures, and if you mismatch them (as it is with partial outfit trying to wrap itself on a "wrong" mesh) you get black spots or stuff like toenails visible on forearm. Face will not be misplaced because head is a different mesh (for several reasons).
Just checked, the gunner outfits pack was created for vanilla body and the author clearly stated he's not going to make any conversions (for other bodies).
So here you are.
Thats a mesh that messing up the texture, or the texture is wrong. Your missing something is all. It may not be the clothing mod your using but the clothing mods thats the clothing mod your using is using. :)
Anyway your missing a mod somewhere. :) Or a mod isnt loading possibly.
^^^ This is the CORRECT answer - That gunner clothing mod is NOT CBBE compatible, and thats why you're getting that black patch on the shoulder.
If you want, I can explain why it's happening but for now, its enough to say that the mod is not made for CBBE, ant that's why you see what you're seeing in game.
So somewhere the mesh is wrong or the texture is wrong and got to install all the needed mods properly and that may not be easy.
I install mods manually because its very easy with a little effort and way better.

- Download B.A.E. - Bethesda Archive Extractor ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/78 )
- Extract files from DT_GunnerOutfitPack - Main.ba2 (E: it's in Data folder)
- Move the files into Data folder
(- delete the .ba2 file from Data folder. Idk if it's necessary tbh)
- Open Vortex and click Deploy Mods. It should inform about external changes now, select 'Save change (delete file)' and click Confirm.
- Open the armor you want to edit in Outfit Studio (meshes should be in Data\meshes\DT_Mods\DT_GunnerArmorOverhaul)
- Remove BaseFemaleBody:0
- File -> Load Reference -> select reference body of your choice
(- probably have to use Decrease Mesh tool to fix few areas)
- Slider -> Conform all
- File -> Save Project As...
- Copy Output File Name to Display Name, click 'to project' and click Save.
Now you should be able to apply Bodyslide preset of your choice in Bodyslide to the armor unless I'm worse at explaining things/ giving instructions that I thought.
