Need help with clearing dropped items
I know this probably is not the right place to post this, but I have an odd problem, it's mod related but I'm getting no help as the mod has been dead since '16 :( I use manufacturing extended, if I leave the area for too long the workshop storage will clog causing items to be dropped and thrown all over. I've caught it in time a few times to clean it up, but a couple times it's so bad my game will lock up and I have to force quit. It's a really annoying bug and it's game breaking. My question is, is there a console command or something I can use to clear dropped items from the ground? I have 54 hours into this playthrough, earlier save is a 46 so I reeeeeeally don't want to backstep. I can't get anywhere near the machines as my game locks up from all the junk on the ground. I play survival, this mod is super nice for getting food and usable items. If anyone could help, It would be greatly appreciated. If it helps any, the factory is in Sanctuary.

Sounds to me you need to decide what's more important to you for your survival playthrough - having the "food and usable items" you mention or not having the items dropping everywhere issue which is causing your game to "lock" - thus essentially breaking your game.

Personally I'd just stop using the mod. As you say yourself, it's been "dead" for a while anyway.

Looking at the mod on Nexus I see the creator said they won't be updating it unless there are more bugs or issues.. (this was back in July 2016) yet people have been posting bugs/issues right up to this month and the creator hasn't addressed them. Bit sloppy if you ask me.

Yeah I've been thinking about dropping the mod, it's a sad shame though, it has some real potential to be a great mod. I'm a freak for factory stuff lol. It sucks, I've been using it since dang near release. This "clogging" problem is recent, so maybe an incompatibility..? Thanks for the reply @Jojo

Before you kill that mod, take a look at this:

It's possible you may have reached a limit as to what you can produce, especially since you said it a problem thats happened only recently. Of course, make a save before you do anything.
