This is of course starting with that already placed woden floor left behind when we scrap the walls and roof of the existing structure that is on the ground.
It's easy to change the height limit. The catch is that getting npcs to navigate more than 5 floors requires "sandbox" mods and not all stair pieces work as well as others. Some roof pieces will actually stop npcs walking under them.
