Which companion should I invite to embark in my journey?
On Nuka World campaign? I will be doing all Steam achievements later on but to keep my neutral character stay in good relationship with Brotherhood of Steel, and Minutemen which companion won't have less trouble in Nuka World?
I was thinking about Cait but she never stop babbling about ''never gets bored killing raiders''. There's also Maccready or Hancock. Or should I just simply build any robot and let it be done with.

theres a companion in the dlc, i think his name is gage?
he's probably you're best bet if you wanna do raider type stuff (unless you have an op robot by this point)
if you max him out he gives you an xp boost to all kills and a bit of resistance to damage (look him up on the wiki)
i dont think the other factions will care until you start having an impact on the commonwealth
all i can remember is Preston will hate you if you keep doing stuff for the raider factions

Hancock would be your best bet, even tho he sucks in combat. Cait will disapprove of your player using chems if you have did her personal quest to cure her of chem addiction.

Maybe a personal made robot or Dogmeat. They will not care about you using chems or killing innocents. With Dogmeat, you can still get the benefits of Lone Wanderer.

Actually Lone Wanderer is just too damn good to not have active. So Dogmeat.

Slap on two laser gatling on Codsworth, and you dont have to do nothing.

Personally I'd go with a custom-made robot - less talk, stronger and more effective (imo), and no judgemental opinions on what you do. Unless you want to hear any unique dialogue from any of the other companions obviously.
Dogmeat gets you killed, he likes to stand and hang around in doorways. If it's just for the extra weight, get a pack animal.

He's immortal, too, and his dislikes are not only tolerable but can be countered with the simple act of crafting... anything.

I rarely use companions, but when I do, I prefer thruster robots with dual weapons. Not in survival, though, since they perma die when not given a kit unless you are using Cods.

I'm currently with him since I've began playing Far Harbor campaign but I noticed he disapprove my decision sometimes even when I use drugs like Psycho because sometimes is not doable to defend a settlement against a wave of super mutants level 154 with explosives arsenal.:cozybrawlhalla5::shiva:

So is okay to keep with him because dogmeat as the first replier suggested. He can't carry nothing much and I'm one of those players do like to pick up any trash and stare at them and whisper '' MY PRECIIIIOOOUUUSSS ''.:2018salienpsychic:

Yeah I think all companions do this mess because this game has no hability to set companion distance like used on Fallout New Vegas. Even robots will. They are horrendously awful when I start dropping junk on the ground and scrap them because I like doing that.

Play Danse: high HP and fitted with a good weapon, very reliable

I'd generally go with Gage for Nuka World because that's when he becomes available as a companion in the first place, and if you're planning to eventually turn against the gangs, you might as well get his companion perk first.

Working with the raiders won't make much difference to the regular factions in the long run, except for permanently costing you access to Preston as an active companion if you join the Minutemen before helping the gangs to extort settlements in the Commonwealth (which he regards as betrayal).

I'm using X6-88 as my companion for Nuka-world (I sided with the Institute in the main campaign). I feel a bit like I'm traveling with a Terminator who won't ever stop. =)

With that said, it probably also helps I'm using a mod to convert the companion to female:

Too bad Danse will make me hostile to BOS faction so I would have to dismiss him everytime I had to come back to commonwealth.

Doesn't matter, sadly. It's disappointing that the companions didn't get more dialogue for the DLCs. I took Cait all the way through and...nothing. I was at least expecting something like "Sounds like a good deal!" when Gage was explaining the big plan. Then again, the companions are pretty disappointing all around; they should have given us fewer of them, with more work on each. And that's besides them being disappointing in gameplay (what genius decided that companions should be able to push your around, but you can't push them back?)

If you do Nuka World first then save Garvey he finds out about what you've done and instantly hates you for it.

You're not mean't to be friends with Raiders and Minutemen.

Preston Garvey throws grenades like they're going out of style.
