Help? I have a sound loop issue fo4

I have installed a few sound mods one that replaces feral ghouls to make them sound creepy and one that replaces diamond city radio with vaporwave and death scream replaces raiders voice when they die with a painful scream using their voice files but the only sound mod that is working is the raider death scream when they die and ferals are silent and the diamond city radio still the same but every time I shoot a gun that looping sound starts up then disapears what is the cause of this looping sound and the other two sounds not working at all and how do I fix them?

I've never heard of the wihelm scream, I have Murder Death Scream!. also few other mods arent working like my lockpick mod that works with fo4se and a few retextures yes I have the latest fo4se.

Wilhelm scream's hilarious 'cause it's originally from Fort Apache & was regurgitated unnecessarily again & again for countless movies & commercials.

I prefer creepy not funny when it has to do with ghouls or if skyrim then draugr these two creatures should not be made funny besides I've just listened to the Wilhelm scream and I remember this from star wars a few imps had this death scream in truth I would never use this for ferals it don't fit the theme of fallout nor ferals if ever I play a non lore-friendly fallout with star wars mods then I may use the Wilhelm scream but I rearely mix fallout and star wars.
