My understanding is that chems with the same base-type don't stack.
What determines the chems type is the first word in the combination. These would all be "psycho" chems,
(and sidenote: if you take one enough to get addicted, you get addicted to the rest in the "psycho" class and they can be used to stave off withdrawal.)
So... Bufftats would stack with PsychoBuff, because they have different base chems. But I think they made it intentionally difficult to stack Psycho.
