As for the mod, I bet it's this one https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1235
Either way it should be the same as your Reload key. [Edit: with default bindings anyway]
What even IS Mouse 4???
A large number of mice now come with additional buttons. In addition to the normal 2, the scroll wheel doubles as another button, and there are usually at least 2 more buttons where your thumb rests for a total of 5 buttons on a mouse. You can still find a mouse with only 2 or 3 buttons total, and you can find them with more than 5 as well.
In the French version, we can use D to scroll right in the pipboy menu, but there's no key to scroll left, because Q is used to set favorites, and A doesn't do anything, so you have to use the mouse or arrow keys to go to the left...
Y'all QWERTY boys don't realize how good you have it in games in general xD At least Fallout 4 allows to move with ZQSD properly, unlike some games (still happens in 2021, which is appalling)
