Sorry my friend, Sex mods are no different than any other mod. You need to READ READ READ READ READ READ the installation instructions and then DO WHAT THEY SAY.

...but I'm actually gonna answer that one:

Install F4SE (Fallout 4 Script Extender) by dropping the contents of the .rar/.zip file into the main directory of the game, where the fallout4.exe is located.

After that, use a mod manager like Vortex to install LooksMenu.

I suspect the OP will be here a lot since its pretty obvious he's too lazy to read the instructions that come with each mod.

This confirms it , most of you young ones are perverts . Years ago when someone posted got (usually ) a straight answer ! .

To answer your question , Just ''drop'' the mod into your mod manager , start your game , start up ''workshop mode'' you should the mod named ''mirror'' in the ''containers'' section .
If the mod doesn't show up ( which happened to me ) manually download the mod again to
'' downloads'' folder , then ''unpack'' the mod using either Win-rar or 7-zip . find the .esp , and drop into your mod manager , and the mod should work .

The best part is that simply reading and following the instructions would be significantly faster than asking around on Steam.
