Echo Lake Lumber: No Malcolm

Hi, I cleared Echo Lake Lumber befor i got the quest and Malcolm didn't spawn. Now I wonder if he will attack my settlers or if he doesn't exist at all.

Chances are he only exists in the scope of the quest, and even if he did spawn, your settlers can't die from NPCs so he'd just get destroyed eventually :D
